Licence and who may register

Deposits, withdrawals and verification
Funds may be deposited only from an instrument held in your own name. We do not extend credit, and deposits are available for play once the payment provider confirms them. Player balances are held separately from operational funds.
Before a first withdrawal is released we complete identity verification, and we may repeat it later where the law, the transaction pattern or a change in your details makes it necessary. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within seventy-two hours, after which the time to arrival depends on the method chosen.
Where a bonus is active, withdrawal is blocked until its conditions are met or the bonus is forfeited. Currency conversion, provider fees and any charge levied by your bank are borne by you and are shown before you confirm a transaction.
Bonuses and promotional play
Every promotion carries its own rules covering the qualifying deposit, the wagering multiple, the maximum stake permitted while wagering, which games contribute and at what rate, any cap on winnings, and the period within which the offer must be completed. Those specific rules sit alongside these terms and prevail where they conflict.
Slots typically contribute in full toward wagering while table games and live-dealer titles contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Placing equal and opposite bets, playing above the permitted stake, or using patterns designed to clear a wagering requirement without genuine risk will void the bonus and any winnings attached to it.
Bonus funds are separate from deposited funds. Cancelling an active bonus forfeits the bonus and anything won from it while leaving your own deposit intact. Ripper Casino may withdraw an offer from any account it reasonably believes is being used to exploit it.
Game outcomes, errors and account closure
Results are produced by random number generators supplied by licensed studios and tested independently. Where the server log and what your screen displayed disagree, the server log is authoritative.
A round affected by a malfunction, a dropped connection, an incorrectly configured paytable or a pricing error is void, and stakes for that round are returned. We reserve the right to recover amounts credited in error and to correct a balance that reflects such an error.
You may close your account at any time and withdraw any remaining real-money balance. We may suspend or close an account where verification fails, where fraud, collusion or money laundering is suspected, where these terms are breached, or where the law requires it; genuine balances unaffected by the reason for closure are returned.
Complaints, changes and governing terms
Raise a complaint first with our support team, who will acknowledge it promptly and aim to resolve it within fourteen days. If the outcome does not satisfy you, the matter may be escalated to the dispute-resolution channel provided under our Curaçao Gaming Authority licence, and the escalation route will be set out in our final response.
We may amend these terms to reflect regulatory change, new features or operational necessity. Material amendments are published on this page with a revised date and notified to registered players, and continued use of the account after that point constitutes acceptance.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the funds held in your account, and we are not liable for losses arising from interruptions to the internet, your device or services outside our control. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in force.
